CEO and Executive Performance
Design of CEO and Executive Performance Plans
We have many years experience in the design and facilitation of CEO Performance Plans. This usually involves full consultation with the Board and CEO to arrive at the agreed Performance Criteria, which are documented and then evaluated usually twice a year. Individual Performance Goals and Objectives need to align with organisational goals and objectives and these can change from year to year to reflect strategic and business plan initiatives.
Facilitation of CEO Reviews
These typically involve Chairing the Review Meeting, ensuring there is full and robust discussion on previously agreed KPIs, providing agreed minutes of the meeting, updating KPIs for the ensuing period, and identifying appropriate training and development plans for the Chief or Senior Executive.
